Phil Griffiths is founder and CEO of Business Risk Management Ltd, A Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Institute of Internal Auditors, he has over 30 years' experience in risk management, internal audit and fraud prevention as practitioner, professional adviser, facilitator and trainer. Mr. Miller is a senior instructor with Knowledge Consultants, Inc. and has over 30 years of IT experience primarily in banking, securities and insurance as well as experience in retail, telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries. He started in his career computer operations, programming and systems design, and then moving on to consulting roles in enterprise architecture and business intelligence. Michael’s previous consulting roles include National Director of Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence, Executive Consultant CRM COE, and Principal - Management Consultant.

He holds four master degrees (Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications Management and Information Systems Management) and has done over two years of doctoral work in Knowledge Management. He is a board member of the Data Management Association – Chicago Chapter, a Certified Business Process Management Professional (ABPMP) and a Certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect. He is presently a Global Information Architect for a major global bank.

Jeffrey is the founder of The Enablement Group focusing on Business and Enterprise architecture for over 25 years working with Fortune 100 organizations. Jeffrey has held a variety of roles in technology, product development, innovation, and consulting to help organizations transition, grow and transform their products and services to deliver sustainable value. Jeffrey has worked with business leaders & product managers evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, improving operational effectiveness, and focusing on delivering trusted services for key stakeholders. He has worked with organizations to transform their operations from inward to outward focused while promoting collaboration and greater customer intimacy. He has worked with senior technical leaders to define technology platforms to promote reuse of logical/physical assets and reduce cycle time.
