Courses can also be assembled into sets that represent a body of knowledge such as process certification, business systems development certification for example.

Knowledge Consultants, Inc. conducts a wide range of applied management courses focused on the business or IT. Courses are offered through the following partners in the various worldwide locations: Course Development:
Knowledge Consultants, Inc develops courses for two distinct but related markets:•
  1. Courses offered in the public domain worldwide but namely in the US, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
  2. Courses developed specifically for enterprises according to their needs. These include
    • Courses that are normally offered in the public venue but modified for clients
    • Courses that are developed exclusively for clients in a domain of expertise critical to the client such as supply chain, customer relationship management, special types of technology and others.
    • Special workshops focused on a particular need of the client and course offerings of KCI such as Process Management, Business Requirements and Architecture
Training Curriculum and LMS Development:
Many times enterprises need a full set of training courses and support material to replace or augment their existing employee and management development programs. To respond to this need, KCI goes beyond providing focused curriculum development. Deployment services may include the implementation of a Learning Management System for student tracking and learning performance measurement and related Content Management System for course development and tracking including versioning of materials. To support the curriculum development, KCI developed skills assessments techniques and methods for assessing the skill level of your staff.

The current suite of courses listed in the box to the left contain an overlap of business or IT matter. If the course is business focused it will contain those items needed for technology support or there will be an IT focused course equivalent. Courses consist of a number of learning approaches namely:
  • Lectures
  • Exercises
  • Case studies
  • Computer based problems
  • Demonstrations of tools
  • Videos
  • Dialog and discussion sessions
  • Games as needed
Note: In some cases such as for certification there will also be a set of basic exams that must be passed to gain the certification.
