Benchmarking examines the performance concept, technology, skills, motives and disciplines involved in the managerial operation and direction of an enterprise. While evaluating the performance of processes is an important component of Benchmarking, it also relates to quality, ideal practices and performance baselines, attitudes and corporate learning. Integrating these concepts together gives management a potent tool for directing the performance of an enterprise and improves the overall success of any venture.

This seminar is intended for people who want to put the ideas and concepts of benchmarking into effective use in their enterprise. The focus is on the understanding, organization and focus of the benchmarking effort.
