These services included a comprehensive 6 week course focused on Enterprise Analysis. In the late 1980's KCI added IT Architecture and Business Process Management, Measurement and Analysis to its services and developed its training capabilities. In the early 1990's KCI begin to focus equally on training as well as consulting services. In recent years KCI has expanded its training efforts internationally into Southeast Asia and the Middle East.Frank F. Kowalkowski, CEOFrank Kowalkowski is President and CEO of Knowledge Consultants Inc. He has 30 years of management consulting and industry experience, in manufacturing, distribution, insurance and financial services as well as the public sector. He has been involved with wide range of projects that include e-commerce, application integration, ERP, change management, content management, benchmarking, business performance measurement, business and competitive intelligence, technology deployment and process improvement. His industry experience includes a number of line management positions in IT including software development as well as other business functions. He is the author of a 1996 book on Enterprise Analysis (Prentice - Hall, ISBN 0-13-282-3365) and over 70 papers. Frank has been the keynote speaker as well a conference chair at several conferences. He conducts frequent seminars nationally and internationally on a variety of business management and information technology topics. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Masters in Management and Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Physics.KCI has an outstanding list of current and past clients including many of the Fortune's 100 companies.
